Kalpana Udhyog is an organization started by Mrs. Kalpana Garg, wife of a senior doctor in Jaipur. The motto behind starting this new venture was to serve people with restricted diet, especially persons having wheat gluten allergy. It is to offer them a variety of healthy, hygienic, safe and affordable food products rich in nutritive values.

Our products are made in a 100% dedicated gluten free facility. It is worthy to note that the products have no preservatives, artificial colors and flavors. They are tested and certified by leading NABL accredited laboratories and we feel proud to inform that our products are tested for gluten by the most sensitive ELISA test having a limit of 3 ppm (particles per million) as compared to limit of less than 20 ppm, defined by codex alimantarius of Europe for gluten free foods and you will be happy to know that not a single sample has failed till now.
